The MPP is a laboratory sized pilot plant system more accurate than standard locked cycle tests, and has the processing power of a conventional full scale pilot plant.

Using only drill core samples a metallurgist can:

• Run continuous flotation test campaigns
• Simulate the continuous operation of rougher/scavenger/cleaner circuits
• Develop full circuit flow sheet designs
• Derive mass balances and circulating loads
• Produce full grade and recovery curves
• Test ore zone variability

The MPP system is modular, transportable and consists of:

The Batch Rod/Ball mill has a heavy duty frame manufactured in enamel coated carbon steel with a mill drum capacity of 10 - 15 kg. The unit includes a prewired and configured panel for motor drive controls and drum tilt.
Slurry Holding Tank

The Slurry Holding Tank features an enamel coated carbon steel frame with a 60 Liter stainless steel tank. The pre-wired and configured electrical panel provides controls for recirculation pump, agitator drive, slurry temperature and pH.
Slurry Feed Tank

The Slurry Holding Tank features an enamel coated carbon steel frame with a 60 Liter stainless steel tank. The pre-wired and configured electrical panel includes indication and control for; recirculation pump, agitator drive, slurry transfer pump and feed sampler.

The CFM (Continuous Flotation Machine) Base Unit is able to process between 10 - 15 kg/h of ore slurry is constructed in heavy duty enamel coated carbon steel.

The Reagent Dispensing Cart is constructed in stainless steel. The unit has storage capacity for 16 reagent bottles and is pre-wired and configured for 8 or 16 precision metering pumps each with PLC interface.

The Regrind Pin Mill features a heavy duty frame manufactured in enamel coated carbon steel with 75 mm stainless steel grinding chamber. The unit includes a pre-wired and configured panel for motor drive controls and digital attritor shaft speed indication.

The clear PVC flotation column is mounted into a stainless steel table complete with integrated pre-wired control panel for the measurement, display and control of level, air and water flow. The operating height of the column is 1500 mm and the overall height of the column including launder and wash water sections is 2665 mm
PLC-Data Acquisition System
PLC-Data Acquisition System
The PLC - Data Acquisition System is supplied in powder coated carbon steel enclosures, pre-wired, factory programmed and tested, to trend, monitor, control and display operating parameters. The system includes a separate PC based HMI configured work station and communications bus.
